TNT approved an unscripted docu-drama series, Life Flight(wt), that follows air ambulance teams as they race to save lives.  TNT ordered six episodes to launch in 2014.  Life Flight is produced for TNT by Fox Television Studiosand Boardwalk Entertainment Group with Gary A. Randall, Timothy Scott Bogart and Brad Bogart serving as EPs.


America’s Got Talent is getting a new judge. The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Project Runway‘s Heidi Klum will officially be named to the panel of NBC’s reality competition series on Monday, joining Howard Stern, Howie Mandell and Mel B.


Bonnie Franklin, best remembered as divorced mom Ann Romano on the CBS sitcom One Day at a Time, died of complications from pancreatic cancer on March 1. She was 69. A private memorial service is planned on Monday in Los Angeles.

Thursday A18-49 Analysis:  FOX dominated the A18-49 viewers Thursday with a 3.8/11, according to final primetime national ratings from Nielsen.  FOX’s American Idol won the 8p hour with a 3.6/11 while CBS’ repeat comedies The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men averaged a second place showing at 2.5/8.  At 9p, FOX’s American Idol continued on top by surging to a 4.0/11 and Univision’s Amores Verdaderos moved into the #2 spot at 2.0/6.  Then at 10p, CBS’ Elementary encore and Univision’s Amor Bravio tied for #1 at 1.7/5 each and NBC’s Law & Order: SVU rerun came in third place at 0.9/3.
