Second screen TV-watching app Zeebox announced an exclusive partnership with The Wendy Williams show today to create a TV room called Wendy's TV World. Wendy's TV Room will be available both on the app and on her show's site.
Netflix will release the second season of its Emmy nominated House of Cards on Feb. 14, 2014. The second season will include 13 episodes, and be available for binge-viewing on all Netflix platforms.
Gwyneth Paltrow unveiled the first trailer for her new web series The Restart Project for AOL On, premiering Dec. 16. The 10-episode series, from Ryan Seacrest Productions, focuses on helping women who have gone through physical and emotional trauma get fit and eat healthy. Paltrow's partner on the show is her trainer, Tracy Anderson.
Sony's entertainment network, Crackle, announced that the action comedy series Aim High will join Crackle's online library on Dec. 9. Viewers will be able to watch the first season and the four episodes that comprise the second season at www.crackle.com.

Defy Media and Cotton Inc. are partnering on a four-episode digital series called Phases of Fashion with Project Runway judge Nina Garcia. The show takes three young fashion stars and shows them how they can integrate cotton clothing into their style. It will be available through December on Defy Media's Clevver Style hub.
Disney Interactive premiered a new series yesterday based on its popular theme park ride: It's a Small World: The Animated Series. The show is now available across Disney platforms including its YouTube channel, Disney.com and its TV apps. The eight episodes follow children exploring different countries around the world.
YouTube channel Official Comedy launched a new series yesterday, called Worst Gig Ever. Based on the original Worst Gig Ever podcast, WGE features musicians and comedians rehashing their harshest on-stage experiences. A new episode will be released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday over the next three weeks.

Tremor Video, Advertising Age and Creativity announced that FIAT's Charlie's Island and Blue Moon Brewing Company's Expressionist video took the top honors at its second annual Super Creative Video Ad Challenge. The contest, which ran Aug. 5 to Oct. 31, challenged marketers to transform their video ads into immersive brand experiences.
YouTube will not launch its free music service by the end of the year after all, reports All Things D. The service is now expected to roll out some time in the first quarter of 2014.
Sprint has created a new version of its ads with James Earl Jones and Malcolm McDowell giving dramatic readings of everyday text messages and phone calls. Rather than being intro'd on TV, Ad Age reports that this new campaign will consist of ads debuting exclusively on an individual's Twitter feed six hours before becoming public. The original campaign, which began seven weeks ago, has already attracted 3,000 mentions about the campaign, with 95 percent being positive messages, according to DigitasLBi, which is handling social media duties for Sprint.
Entertainment guide TMS and video discovery engine Jinni announced that TMS' On Entertainment data is now providing over-the-top viewing information for TV and movies for Jinni's iPad app and site.
Starz Play TV-everywhere app debuted on the Xbox 360 yesterday, and will be available for the new Xbox One in early 2014. The app allows Starz subscribers to watch original series and movies on the Microsoft consoles.
Snapchat announced it has named Emily White as its new Chief Operations Officer. White was previously the Facebook executive in charge of bringing advertising to Instagram.
Millennial-focused news video network TouchVision announced it has hired its 100th employee, Mike Free, as its Senior Editor. Free was previously the Video Manager at ALN, a group that holds festivals in East Africa.

Burger King is tackling the 85 percent YouTube TrueView skip rate by addressing the problem cleverly and directly in a YouTube pre-roll ad. The fast food chain created 64 spots customized to 64 types of video content, in which two guys kvetch about how much they hate YT ads popping up.
